Maryam Tutoring was created by our founder and CEO, Mecca Muhammad. Muhammad holds both a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics & Physics and a Master's degree in Developmental Education from Grambling State University.

She found her passion and purpose in child care and education upon completing high school, and has worked with children in various capacities throughout her undergraduate career. She went on to teach numerous subjects after college including Pre-Algebra, Algebra I & II, Theatre Arts, Environmental Science, Trigonometry, and Physics.

Maryam Tutoring continues to serve families of students from grades K-12 in classes ranging from mathematics to language arts. It is our goal to be able to serve children from all backgrounds, in order to give them a fun and effective learning experience!
